True by Chemistry

Bangalore, Indiranagar 100FT Road : Retail Clothing Store,

The client wanted to redesign the store based on the new brand they had developed, ‘True by Chemistry.’ The interiors needed to reflect the new range of clothing they designed. Timeless, natural and minimal.

Chemistry was originally a 3000 sq.ft space on 100ft Road, Indiranagar Bangalore. This was a renovation project where we needed to divide the space into half – (The other half was allocated to another retail brand).

We focused on a limited colour and material palette for the space, while using it in different ways. White paint was used to give the walls a flat finished look, an incomplete brick look, a combed wall effect and a rough textured feel. A Stone veneer with a rough finish was used on the reception table and a semi-glossy granite on one of the walls. Black square pipes were used as display rods, the ceiling light fixtures and for the legs of the tables. A warm shade of natural wood was used for display surfaces. Keeping the base of the interiors monochromatic and minimal, we added unexpected pops of color for the rugs.
